Caribbean real estate transactions succeed when capital, operating depth, and timing align. AG&T helps bring those elements together, as advisor, as development services provider, and selectively as principal.
HOW WE WORK
AG&T works as an advisor, not a broker. Every engagement starts with a defined scope, a named deliverable, and a fee structure that aligns incentives with outcomes. We work on a fee-plus-success basis, same as the institutional capital advisors we sit alongside in the market. We don’t broker on contingency. We don’t shop deals to capital sources without a defined engagement. We don’t take engagements outside our Caribbean expertise. Saying no to the wrong fit is how AG&T says yes to the right one.
